5 - 12 years. Runs during the second half of the Sunday morning service WHAT'S IT ABOUT? For children of school years 1 - 6 Overseen by Bridget Jones and team WHEN IS IT? The Shakers children activity is held during the second half of the Sunday morning service. AIMS: To encourage children to come to a point where they make a decision themselves to have a personal relationship with Jesus. To encourage prayer and bible reading to be part of their everyday lives. To see children who enjoy coming to church. ACTIVITIES: Way In - a fun way of introducing the subject being taught. Bible discovery - Learning about the bible through stories, drama, videos etc. Way Forward - Activity time around tables with quizzes, games or crafts.
